Description

1. Put your .BMS files in the BMS folder
2. Place your archive(s) in the INPUT folder
3. Open EZ-BMS.exe and type your selection 1-2 "1 will execute QuickBMS interface, 2 will recycle and recreate your INPUT and OUTPUT folder "for lazy users""
4. if you chose selection [1] then you are prompted with selections 1-4. They each have a different command.

Code:
[1] Use no commands
[2] "-r"   experimental reimport option that should work with many archives
[3] "-."   don't terminate QuickBMS if there is an error while parsing multiple
files (like wrong compression or small file), just continue with the
other files in the folder
[4] "-d"   automatically create an additional output folder with the name of the
input folder and file processed, eg. models/mychar/mychar.arc/FILES

5. The output of the archive will be found in the OUTPUT folder
"If you wish to quit the program, just press enter with no selection."

Try to use only 1 .BMS file at a time, leave only 1 in the BMS folder as it automatically searches for them no matter what they are named.

V1.2 based upon QuickBMS 0.5.23a- QuickBMS upgrade.
V1.1 based upon QuickBMS 0.5.22- Bugfixes and QuickBMS upgrade.
v1.0 based upon QuickBMS 0.5.21a- Portable .exe, based upon the idea of use for non programmers who need a GUI interfaced tool.

All trademarks and copyrights mentioned implicitly or explicitly in this file or the software described below are property of their respective owners.

VT7AExt

Extracts files from VT7A and VSA archives.

Usage:  VT7AExt [/names= [/generatenames=] [/skipunknown]] [/info]

VT7AFiles/VSAFiles

Specifies the archive files to be processed. Wildcards are allowed.

/names=

Optional, specifies a text file that contains the real names of the files within the VT7A or VSA archive. When no name table is given or a file in the archive cannot be found within the name table, it will be extracted with a generic name.

/generateNames=

This parameter can be used to generate a table of additional (possible) file names during extraction. It needs an initial name file given via the /names parameter, since new names can only be extracted from known files.

/skipunknown

If a name file is given via the /names switch, the extraction of files without a matching name can be skipped.

/info

Prints the tool's version number.

A sample names.txt is included with this tool.

CategoryAudio
PlatformNone
Description

This program converts Bink Audio to standard PCM WAVs. You will need to supply your own copy of Miles Sound System (mss32.dll) and Bink Audio ASI Codec (binkawin.asi) in order for the program to work. Run program without arguments for options.

Drag and drop a folder on to the program to convert all files in the folder recursively. Results will be put into a folder named "__binka2wav__" under each folder from which a valid Bink Audio file is found. The folder name can be changed via commandline argument. If you specify an alternative output path, the folder structure from the original path will be recreated in the new output path. You are recommended to add a wildcard match if the folder you specify and its subfolders have files other than Bink Audio files. If a file is dragged and dropped on to the program, the output will have "_converted" appended after the file name and have a ".wav" extension.

Source code is included. Visit the external link for the original code.

Unrpyc (Ren’py games)

Description

Unrpyc is a script to decompile Ren'Py (http://www.renpy.org/) compiled .rpyc
script files. It will not extract files from .rpa archives. For that, use rpatool
(https://github.com/Shizmob/rpatool), or UnRPA (https://github.com/Lattyware/unrpa).

Unrpyc needs some internal Ren'Py structures to work. You can either use the -b
argument to specify the directory in which renpy lies, place the renpy module
in your Python module search path, or copy the renpy folder to the unrpyc directory.

Usage options:

Options:
--version show program's version number and exit
-h, --help show this help message and exit
-c, --clobber overwrites existing output files
-b, --basedir specify the directory in which the renpy folder
resides. using this it is not necessary for the renpy
directory to be in python's search path, or in the
unrpyc directory.

Usage: unrpyc.py [options] script1 script2 ...

You can give several .rpyc files on the command line. Each script will be
decompiled to a corresponding .rpy on the same directory. By default, the
program will not overwrite existing files, use -c to do that.

This script will try to disassemble all AST nodes. In the case it encounters an unknown
node type, which may be caused by an update to Ren'Py somewhere in the future, a
warning will be printed and a placeholder inserted in the script when it finds a
node it doesn't know how to handle. If you encounter this, please open an issue
to alert us of the problem.

Evolution Engine Cache Extractor 1.0.1.0

Description

This program allows you to extract cache files (.toc/.cache) from games using Digital Extremes' Evolution Engine. Just drag and drop a cache file on to the program and it will extract it into a subdirectory containing the file name. Make sure both .toc and .cache files are in the same folder. You can also specify where you want the files to be extracted using the /d switch.

This release has a bit of optimization, writes the date of the file, and extracts cache version 16.

In-place update 2013-09-21: I forgot to move the latest build to the zip. Made a couple of tiny adjustments and reuploaded.

AnachroRadiant 1.65 - Currently the best Anachronox map editing program.

DATExtract V 2.0 - A tool by John Rittenhouse to unpack Anachronox .DAT files. Includes source code. What would we have done without this???

lw2md2 V 1.0 - The original program by ION Storm to convert Lightwave models into Anachronox models.

lw2md2 V1.1 - The modified version created by Laguna. Allows frame extraction to Milkshape ASCII file. "Laguna: Can I release the source code for this?"
NOTE: I did not get the source code from Laguna. Well I did, but didn't. He didn't give it to me on purpose. It pays to be a programmer at times. Szeroki uśmiech

lw2md2 V 1.2 - A modified version of Laguna's lw2md2 by me. Allows extraction of all frames at once by frame name, and a few fixes like correct texture names.
NOTE: Now that I have broken the .md2 file format I plan on creating a whole new GUI version and support for more formats like .3ds, and .obj.

ms3d-uv_plugin - A Milkshape plugin created by Laguna that will create a .UV file required to convert .LWO models to .md2 format with lw2md2.

Decompile V 2.0 A.K.A Anoxtools- This is an awesome one of a kind program written by Richard Tew. It decompiles APE programs into .txt files which are then editable in any text editor. Any modifications you make can be re-compiled using dparse.exe(comes with the installation of anachrodox 1.2). Using this program requires the installation of Python, and may not be usable by amateurs.
Please visit Richard Tews google source site at anachronox-modding for details, and where he is making new programs for Anachronox as well as looking for programmers to help him

winbspc - Currently the best .bsp(Anachronox map) to .map(AnachroRadiant map) conversion program. I would like to make a .bsp to .map converter specifically for Anachronox 'someday'.

Append V 1.0 - A program written by Forcas that allows you to add MODs to the Anachronox MODs menu. Under Arcade for games and Planet for maps.
NOTE: I have not tested this, since the work I have been doing allows almost a complete modification of Anachronox without actually editing source code.

IONRadiant - This is the original map editing program for Anachronox. I wouldn't recommend using this. It is here for preservation purposes.
Actually you can't get it to work, unless you read posted messages by me, and Species on PlanetAnachronox about the program.

Language Tools - The Anachronox language translation tools created by MNEMONIC.

Quick Coder - An APE code editor by Jesse Coyle. You could always use Ultraedit, but this has the nice feature of compiling your code from within the editor.

MorphObjectExportto3DS.ms - A currently unreleased 3d Studio Max Morph to Lightwave export plugin created by me. Makes it a lot easier to export model facial or body morphs from Max to Anachronox .MD2 format.

Spelunky HD modding tool (*.WAD file)

Description

This tool lets you extract and repack the .wad files with all the sound files and textures, letting you modify them and put them back into the game.

It's a command line utility. So you need to use it in a command prompt. Usage is pretty straightforward (remember to keep the wix file in the same directory):
For extracting: spelunktool -x alltex.wad
For recreating: spelunktool -c alltex

You can also use the batch files. Just drag and drop alltex.wad in windows explorer onto extract.bat or drag and drop the alltex folder onto repack.bat after extraction to repack it.

When recreating the wad file, it'll try to add everything in the alltex directory, if you add any extra file or directory which isn't supposed to be there, you're likely to get errors or a crash. I've tested the program a fair bit without encountering any bugs, but if anyone gets any problems, let me know. And as a general disclaimer, if something goes terribly wrong and my program sets your house on fire and eats all your food, I can not be held responsible.

One more thing, several files are duplicated when extracted. Only one of these will be added back when recreating. For instance book.png is in both tutorial and tutorialpics and it's the same file. If you edit any duplicate, just ensure each duplicate has been changed (my program will use the one which it finds first alphabetically).
