Has somebody saved Truthkey's extractor? His and Xeeynamo's tools seem to be offline or I just didn't search in the right places.

I'm really interested in the battle effects right now, which seem to be stored in the tex files. Unfortunately they seem to be quite different from their KHII pendant pax.

Does anyone know if you actually can view the BBS models with animations? I have the newest version of Neosis with the plugins downloaded and put in the folder path, but they still don't open PMO models, nor can I find .pma files in my Birth By Sleep cd when I try to extract them. I can extract pmo files and view them as Obj, but I cant seem to view SMD except by 3ds studio and blender, and I can't figure out how to use textures or view animations with those tools even after reading the entire programs (they don't give step by step instructions!)

Is there a PAM viewer? is there a smd viewer? Does smd carry animations?

I'm new to this but have been following closely for about a year and a half. I don't understand the coding and can't really contribute to any of you, but I've much appreciated the help you contributed... it's sooo confusing though. I don't wish to use the models... I just want to view them... but my game doesn't work on my device... none of them do anymore... T_T

EDIT: Okay... ahem, by not viewing, I mean broken, and the PSPs sell out and don't restock for months, and they are swamped at their low prices. I can't even get the PSP to turn on O: I never dropped it or had water spilled on it... it just died after over use... I think.

What an old topic!

Anyways, I just partly figured out the LBA of BBS. B\c, afaik, truthkey/Keytotruth never really reversed it, that's why we can't have the real names of the files and the support to add new files etc...
I just looked a little bit on BBS0.DAT and I realized that he contains the LBA of BBS. If ya want to know, the hashes aren't like kh2, but 6bytes length. I just partly reversed it, so I can't really say(or do) anything interesting but maybe I'll be able to, one day, just made a clear extractor of bbs, w/ real names etc...

I've not so many things to say, but that's still somethin', so see ya!, GovanifY

Hey Guys!

Im new here so excuse me if this has been asked before.

But does anyone know how to apply the textures to the KH models in Cinema 4D? I'm still somewhat new to the program, but not a complete newb. :P

When I apply the textures to the respective obj's they come out wrong and funky...

I've extracted both the models and textures with Noesis

If anyone is interested in some screenshots, I will gladly post them.

Also does anyone know how to extract the animation from KH models and apply them in C4D as well?

Noesis tends to flip the UVs when exporting models. Select the "Flip UVs" option when you export them and they should look better. If that's not it, I suggest you post screenshots.

Noesis tends to flip the UVs when exporting models. Select the "Flip UVs" option when you export them and they should look better. If that's not it, I suggest you post screenshots.

so I updated the existing bbs plugin for noesis to load the ps3 models in noesis, found some untextured models like xehanort. also models like old aqua, xemnas, ansem sod etc are still present
to do: gtf loading

Has anyone ripped the models specific to the Final Mix version of BBS, like the Armor of the Master(Eraqus' Armor)? I've tried to rip them myself to no avail. Or at least what a definite way I can rip them from BBSFM because I've tried and they don't appear.

I want to translate this game to my native language.

Hey, did you ever make any progress on reversing the LBA? I've been working at extracting files using KeyToTruths program and labeling almost everything I come by (Expanding on the files already labeled in TruthKey's extractor package), Trying to figure out model swapping, and Working on various smaller things in the extracted files. I dont know how LBA's Work but i am interested in learning if it means helping progress modding of this game for everybody.

Google did not make it easy what-so-ever for trying to even figure out what LBA means so would you be able to share information on it?

I have a question, in which file is located the map of the jungle book? Is that I want to make the characters and add them to the map...
