I got the ps4 ISO files, but have no idea how to proceed from there. Any advice would be appreciated.

Umm, I assume you meant PS4 PKG, correct?
If so, you need Fake_PKG_Generator to extract the PKG game files from it.
You will find everything you need on psxhax website, including proper game that works with Fake_PKG_Generator.
Just use Google to find what you need, posting here direct links are against the rules.

Has anyone found a model of power armor in the bunker (staticl, but full model of armor)?
PS answer - futuresoldier

Do you can explain the line
"4.copy-paste skeleton into model parts"
I need to open skeleton.ascii, copy all the contents, open body.ascii and insert it there?
To the beginning or the end?

Hey It took me a while to figure it out.. What he means is your want to copy the skeleton from the SMD.
To the mesh SMD. Then open the SMD in your fav viewer. Mine is Noesis, then you will see the mesh
with skeleton applied. Also you have to copy that skeleton from that SMD to all parts of the mesh.

I hope that helps.

I really don't want to get on anyone's nerves here, least of all appear ungrateful. But are there any news concerning the extraction of the voice-files?

It's (obviously) totally fine if those aren't a priority or all together not possible. I just would like to know if I did something wrong when I tried or if I can forget about it.

I prefer ascii format but unfortunately the importer for max has one problem that leads to errors. I wrote a little fork script, if anyone should - let me know, I'll upload it.

Next problem
"step 3: run this:
horizon [mesh_skeleton] [animskel] > a.bat
this will create FULL horse skeleton both in SMD & ASCII and also A.BAT file"
this creates an empty bat file
For example, for a scout, I converted all parts, copied a skeleton into the folder with them and call

Code:
E:\horizon\Horizon.exe E:\hz\Image0\packed_pink\models\AAcharacters\robots\scout\animation\parts\mesh_skeleton_rootbone.core E:\hz\Image0\packed_pink\entities\characters\robots\templates\archetypes\scouttemplate.core_0.animskel> E:\scout.bat


Bat is empty. Maybe it need a flag, or something?

Also where is Aloy facemodel?

bat file can only be empty if tool can't find or open robot_modelhelpers.core file

your settings or command line somehow prevents the tool from opening it
