Hello, today i'm in hopes that the xentax community could make sense of these literal files of history.

Final 360 .MOD viewing has been made possible by Noesis, Via built-in .MOD plugins for both DR1 and RE5 .. However, the BETA models i have are very different in compression, and despite being somewhat viewable in noesis (if you change the header a bit) - Their bone data and texture information becomes completely garbage.

Mariokart64n created a maxscript for the final models in the game, and it just so happens that it can slightly supports SOME Beta models as well, however the maxscript does not carry over texture information, and just spits out the mesh in raw form, So its no use in this case.

I have varying degrees of beta models, ranging from 2005 to 2006, and because of this there are many different types of compressions amongst the models that will each need to be individually looked at, however to start off easily, let's take a look at the most common of all the beta models, which are also the closest to final. ^^^^ The "P" and " ' " are the version number of the file, and when changed can allow the model to be viewed in noesis, but not completely.

Here is a Beta model of an Apple (because its a very small file and should be easier to reverse) and I've also included the Final model for comparisons, as well as the textures for both.

Here's the download for that. http://www.mediafire.com/file/up64s1cru ... xentax.rar
